We stand by the quality of our travel gear. Our limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects on all luggage, including wheels, handles, and zippers, ensuring your bag stays on the road as long as you do.
How long does shipping take for new collection drops?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Please note that during high-volume collection launches, processing times may be extended by an additional 48 hours.
What is your return policy for bags and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 shipping and handling fee is deducted from your refund, unless you choose to exchange for a different color or store credit.
How do I clean the exterior of my hardshell luggage?
To keep your BÉIS aesthetic pristine, we recommend using a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For tougher scuffs on our signature rollers, a magic eraser works wonders to restore the finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to over 20 countries. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
