We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer a 90-day return window for most items in unused condition. Please note that a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, while exchanges and store credit are always free.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unused items—with original tags and packaging intact—into a shipping box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.
